Reading over break is important and helps you grow as a reader. This track out read 10 books or at least one chapter book. Summarize the story here. Post the title of the book, the characters, and the important events or details. If you read a non-fiction book, post the main idea and supporting details along with what you learned from reading it. You can use books from Raz-Kids. You will earn lunch with me when we track back in, a special treat to go with your lunch and a no homework pass for participating in our track out blog. I can't wait to read your posts! Happy Track Out and happy reading!
Here your child will have an opportunity to respond to a story that we read in class. This is a great way to get your child thinking about text & building his/her comprehension! Please encourage them to take part in this activity!
