The name of the book is, 'How Much is a Trillion?" The author was trying to teach me about really big numbers and how big numbers can be used. I learned that 1 trillion is bigger than 1 billion. I learned big numbers can tell us how far it is from the sun to the earth. I liked this book.

I read Magic Tree House book #24, "Earthquake in the Early Morning". The two main characters are Jack and Annie. Jack and Annie time travel to San Francisco, California, 1906. When they arrive, there is a really bad earthquake. They are trying to solve a riddle of finding something to lend. First, they go see if anyone needs help. They find two people and a woman sitting on a bench barefooted. They give the kids their shoes. They trade for the piece of wood and a stone to write on it. Then they go to the library and see if the library needed help carrying the books. They looked in the book for any research and they saw that if they moved the books, they would catch on fire. If they left them in the library, they won't. They try to warn a man but he was like, 'you're just plain silly'. Then dynamite is set off and they go to the castle of King Arthur. They solve the riddle and give King Arthur. It ends with the Jack and Annie seeing a picture of themselves in a an old newspaper from the Earthquake.

I read "Inside Your Body". It was about how your body works. I learned that the brain tells your muscles what to do. My brain controls lots of things without me even thinking about it. Digestion starts in the mouth. I can help my body by eating healthy and exercising. i liked this book.

I read a book titled, "This book just ate my dog". I liked the book. The book was about the book eating everything. The book ate a dog, a person, the dog rescue van, fire brigade, police and a girl. I shook the book upside down to get them out. At the end of the book everything went back to normal again

I read, "No More Pencils, No More Books, No More Teacher's Dirty Looks". The book was about the end of first grade and summer vacation starting. They cleaned out their desks, went outside and went back in to have a party. The students received awards. They were sad that first grade was ending, but happy about summer vacation starting. I liked reading this book,

I read a book called, "The Sun". This book was about the sun. The book tells me that the sun is far away from the earth, but just right for life. The sun's surface is 10,000 degrees. We cannot visit the sun because it is too hot. The sun has sunspots that are not as hot as the rest of the sun. i already knew all these things about the sun.
