Mia Hamm, the professional soccer player. At the beginning of the story she was mad and she quit because she couldn't score a goal. At the end of the story she was happy because she won. She learned that she should never quite because her friends wouldn't let her play.

The main character is Mia Hamm. In the beginning, she was upset about losing and she quit. In the end she was happy because she loved playing soccer more than she hated losing. If she quit, she could not play with her friends.

The main character is Mia Hamm. At the beginning of the story, her feelings were sad because she couldn't make the shots and she quit. And then she keeps trying and then she got more used to it. At the end of the story, her feelings were happy.

The main character in this story was Mia Hamm. Mia was sad when she did not with the soccer game. Then she gave up and quit. But, she decided to keep trying and eventually she became good at the game. At the end of the story she felt happy and that she could do it!
