Last week we talked about story elements: characters, setting, problem, and solution. We read the story, Farmer Duck. Do you remember the story elements in this book? Tell who the main characters were; where the story took place; and what was the problem of the story and share how it was solved.

Farmer Duck was the main character. The story takes place on the farm. The problem was that the duck had to do all of the work by himself because the farmer was lazy and didn't go any work. The problem was solved by the cow, the sheep and the chicken picking up the farmers bed and chased the lazy farmer away and they all helped the duck with the work.
